About Us

Roadmap IT was founded by Chris and Nick after a decade of working side by side, with Will joining shortly after and becoming a core part of the founding team. From day one our goal has been to build an IT partner that clients could genuinely rely on, not just for technical support, but as an extension of their own team.

We’ve always believed that great service comes from doing the basics exceptionally well and putting ourselves in our clients shoes. That means being honest, following through on what we say we’ll do, communicating clearly, and treating people with respect, values that continue to shape how we work every day  .

Much of our growth has come from word of mouth. Clients trust and recommend us, and have stayed for the long term. That trust has been earned by consistently going the extra mile and focusing on technology that genuinely adds value.

Over time, we’ve evolved alongside the technology we support. What started with a strong foundation in Apple environments has grown into expertise across fully mixed platforms, with cyber security now at the core of everything we deliver. Milestones along the way, from achieving Cyber Essentials in 2016, to ISO27001 certification in 2024, and delivering our first AI project in 2026, reflect that continued progression.

We’ve grown steadily, never losing sight of who we are. From our early days in Farringdon to a more flexible, hybrid way of working today, we’ve built a diverse, close knit team that enjoys what we do and how we do it.

Today, with over 60 clients, more than 50 services, and a team of 20 that continues to develop and grow, we’re proud of what we’ve built, and we’re in a great position to build from here and we’re excited to see where this takes us.
